Back by popular demand, Animethon is proud to have the Orbis Symphony Orchestra, previously named the ‘Edmonton Concept Pop Orchestra,’ to perform music from popular anime, video games and tv shows for us on Sunday!The newly rebranded Orbis Symphony Orchestra is an orchestra formed by Shawn Gan in 2015. It is made up of talented musicians who are very versatile in their playing styles and appreciate many different styles of music. Members consist of students from MacEwan University, University of Alberta, Royal Conservatory of Music, and even self-taught musicians.
