Alongside her hobby of costuming she has also dedicated her career to her lifelong passion to the world of Art and Animation working on several productions at Nickelodeon Studios, currently working on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Sadly, Courtoon will not be joining us (physically) this weekend

To the good people I was planning on meeting and hanging out with in Edmonton this weekend, with a heavy heart and much regret I must inform everyone I will not longer be attending A Taste of Animethon this weekend in person. Due to some medical issues that interfere with flying I am unable to make a physical appearance. I am truly devastated and have never had to cancel an event before, and I'm so sorry it had to be so sudden.

But I want to do all that I can to make this con run as smoothly as possible. I am in talks with the good people of the convention now and we are trying to figure out a way I can still skype in for the panels! So please still attend and we will all hang out as intended! I have panels planned for general questions, cosplay, and about working at Nickelodeon, so if you want to know about any of these things please still come!

Also: I will be sending prints to be given away at the convention ASAP. Though it is unknown if it will make it on time, I will try my best to have a signed print for anyone who wanted one. If they do not make it on time, and you still want a print, please contact me at CourtoonNetwork@gmail.com . Anyone who attended A Taste of Animethon is able to get some prints from me for the next week. (If unable to get one at the con, a shipping fee will be asked, the prints will be free though)

I thank you all and the con staff for being so understanding. This is not without an extremely heavy heart. I hope you have a wonderful convention and I will hopefully see you there via the wonder of the internet!
