I went to the information session a few weeks ago. Since I went to that, is it necessary to come to this? I've already sent in an application for a position or two, and I'm not applying for a director position or anything. Is there anything that's going to be discussed/decided here that was not done at the previous information session, or will not be able to be accomplished via email? I don't mind coming out if it's worth it, but I'd rather save the gas/environment/time if I don't need to be there.

The previous sessions were more of a general overview run by A16 staff based on available information at that time.

The upcoming meetings are run by the A17 Chair and include a 99% done staff structure with descriptions that have been refined and modified since then.
There are many many more staff positions this year.

Indeed, this is probably one of the most important meetings to come to as we need to see a show of support for Animethon if it is to continue. There will be a lot of things brought up that have not been at the info sessions.

And like Bryguy said, there have been changes and expansions on the previous structure and there will be a few things explained about it
