Vendor Package
2) Use the Vendor Sign Up Form once available to request booth(s) and add-ons. Vendor initial signup will be available on January 16, 2017 at 12:00pm MST (at noon) and close on January 31, 2017, at 11:59pm local Edmonton time. All applications received during this time period will be considered to have been received at the same time. Any applications received after this time period may be evaluated in the order they are received. See important notes below

3) Animethon will email successful applicants during the week of February 6 to 10, 2017. If you have been awarded a booth(s) in Vendors Hall. Your final cost and instructions for payment will be provided.
Important Notes
- Please DO NOT submit any payment until you have been notified to do so.
- Deadline for Animethon 23 Vendor Sign up with Early Bird Pricing is on January 31, 2017 at 11:59pm MDT.
- Vendor Sign up is NOT a first come first served process. The Vendor Hall team will be using several criteria to select successful Vendors.
