Information Desk

The Information Desk is located near the escalators on the Assembly Level near Hall A.

Coat and Bag Check

The venue will provide this service during the event.

It is located on the Assembly level adjacent to the Info Desk.
Always make sure to pick up your belongings.

Mobility Assistance

The venue will provide additional mobility assistance beyond the use of the inclinator.

For those requiring this service, please wait by the sign near the designated areas.

Venue staff will guide you to the freight elevators.

Refer to map for exact Mobility assistance designated locations.

Designated Areas:

• Pedway Level - Near the doors leading to Canada Place by Hall D.
• Assembly Level - In front of the vending machines next to Hall A.
• Meeting Level – Near Salon 7.

Safe Walk

We are providing a limited Safe Walk service for those who wish to be escorted by licensed security guards to nearby locations:

• Courtyard Hotel
• Doubletree Hotel
• Central and Churchill LRT
• Nearby parking lots and bus stops
  (~ 3 blocks radius)

Meetup at the top of the escalators at the Jasper Ave entrance.

Estimated frequency is every 15 minutes. See hours of operation for specific times.

If guards are not there please wait for them.
They may be delayed due to the previous group's destinations.
