The event will adhere to all venue, government and health  requirements at the time of the event. Masks and vaccinations are recommended for all attendees but not required at this time.

Cash will no longer be accepted (only debit and credit) for pass sales in-person at the event.

 

Event Passes FAQ Pre-Event Pass Sales  *Pick-up Instructions*

  • The event will adhere to all mandatory site and government guidelines at the time of the event. Masks and vaccinations are recommended for all attendees but not required at this time.
  • Please ensure the names of the pass holders match the person who will be using each pass.
  • Bring ID (preferably photo) and your confirmation to pick up your pass.  For any questions or corrections, please contact registration@animethon.org.
All prices are in Canadian dollars; fees are not included and may apply.

Notes   Top

  • Limited quantity of Ryu Passes available.  Should Ryu Passes sell out in pre-event sales, there will be no at-door sales.
  • Maid and Butler Cafe not included with admission.  Tickets must be purchased separately online. 
  • Ryu Pass front-of-the-line access is available only prior to the start of each event.
  • Passes are non-refundable and must be worn at all times during the event.
  • We are no longer accepting cash (only debit and credit) for pass sales at the event. Passes at the door may be limited.
  • If you need to transfer a pre-purchased pass, or for any other questions or concerns, please contact registration@animethon.org by the Wednesday before the event. All passes are non-transferable once the event begins.

Pick Up    Top

For those of you who pre-purchased passes, here's what to do next:

  • Either print out your confirmation email or have it available on a smartphone or tablet.
  • Come to Pass Sales Desk and bring your confirmation along with ID (1 piece of government/education-issued photo ID is preferred; 2 pieces non-photo ID accepted).
  • Only the person whose name is on the ticket may pick up and use a pass. Parent/Guardian ID can be used if the person using the pass is a minor/disabled, but that person must still be present.

Express Checkout  Top

For those paying with credit card, the pre-event pass sales system will remain open after pre-event pass sales close on July 8, however the prices will be increased to the At Door prices.  This new Express checkout will remain open through the event (closing with pass sales on July 16), and will allow people who are paying with credit card  to purchase online and pick up their pass at the Pass Sales Desk. Pre-purchased pass pick-up rules will apply to Express Checkout.
