Coat and Bag Check

The Edmonton Convention Centre (ECC) will provide and run a Coat Check during the event, on the assembly level adjacent to the Info desk.

Hours of operation:
Friday: 8:00 am to 1:00 am
Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 am
Sunday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm

The cost of checking in a coat is $2.00 and bags are $5.00 per item.  They will also be accepting any luggage you may have.

Always make sure to pick up your belongings before the Bag Check closes for each day. 

Mobility Assistance

Edmonton Convention Centre (ECC) has provided additional mobility assistance beyond the use of the inclinator. For those requiring this service, please wait by the sign near the designated areas (indicated below). An ECC staff will guide you to the freight elevators. Refer to map for exact Mobility assistance designated locations.

Pedway Level - Near the doors leading to Canada Place.
Assembly Level - In front of the vending machines next to coat and bag check.
Meeting Level – Near Salon 7. 

Information Desk

The Information Desk is located near the escalators on the Assembly Level next to the Coat and Bag Check (near Hall A – See map for Location) .

Prop Check

The Prop Check/Peace Bonding table is located in the Hall D Foyer (next to Pass Pickup & Sales) on the Pedway Level.


 

Cosplay HQ & Repair Room

Located in Salon 1 on the Meeting Level.

Hours of operation:
Fri: 12:00pm to 8:00pm
Sat: 10:00am to 8:00pm
Sun: 10:00am to 4:00pm
