The Tabletop Lounge is the space to be if you’re looking for a chance to meet new people, play some old favourites, or learn something new!
 

In partnership with Table Top Cafe, we’re bringing in a library of games available to play with an optional donation to Extra Life for a chance to kick back, get off your feet for a bit, and get away from the hustle and bustle for a minute before getting back to the rest of the con! Find a group of friends with the help of our staff, or bring your friends and grab an old favourite or something new to learn.
 

In partnership with Hard Brick Games, we’re bringing an opportunity for our staff or community volunteers a chance to teach newcomers a chance to learn their next favourite TCG! On hand, we’ll have learner decks for One Piece, Union Arena, Vanguard, Shadowverse, Weiss Schwarz, Magic the Gathering, and Pokemon that can be borrowed to teach and learn a new game! Ask any of the staff if you have any questions, or are looking for a partner.

Hosted by members of the Weiss Schwarz community, come learn how to play Weiss-Schwarz in 2 separate hour long blocks. Learn the fundamentals of the game, discover some exciting new cards, or just get a chance to play a game!

In partnership with Table Top Cafe, across three sessions we’re hosting Blood on the Clocktower, a social deduction game where it’s the townsfolk against a supernatural force that is slowly picking off members of your town. Work together as either a member of the town or a force of evil to save your town or accomplish your goal!

Entry: $40 per player
 

Hosted by Red Claw Gaming, come draft a new deck with your favourite characters from Final Fantasy. In an assigned group of 8 players, you’ll be given 3 packs each, open them one at a time, take one from the pack, and pass it to the next player, taking cards until the pack is exhausted, and then repeat the process until all the packs have been collected. You’ll then have time to construct a minimum 40-card deck from the cards you drafted plus basic lands, and then play three rounds of swiss pairing.

Event: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
 

Animethon and The Resplendent Cave have teamed up to bring you a Dungeons and Dragons mega-game event, which will see 24 players collaboratively explore and clear a dungeon together. Throughout the adventure, players will earn gold and items that can be used to purchase items at the Merchant Table and at the end of the event, each player will be rewarded with a special reward item that they can take home. All you need to bring is a pencil and some dice! Pre-generated character sheets will be provided. 
 

The isolated town of Humberstone is well-known for its rich mineral deposits and friendly people. The majority of the town is employed in the nearby Red Quill Mines, run by two Dwarven brothers, Hodgson and Dodgson Quill. The mine was recently thrown into disarray as tremors collapsed several shafts, poisonous gas filled the tunnels and strange, corrupted rock was dug up from deep below. Miners are now missing, and rescuers who entered the mine have disappeared. You and your party are residents of Humberstone or have loved ones who live and work here. Driven by a need to save your friends and family, your group will enter the mines to uncover the source of these dangerous incidents.
