NOTE: Please make sure you have your Animethon Order Number (ANIM-2025-RO-XXXXXXX) ready when purchasing a VIP event ticket.
There will be a guaranteed number of general tickets available for each session.
VIP Meet & Greet Ticket Rules:
- Maximum of 1 ticket can be purchased per order.
- Duplicate names for the same session will be cancelled.
- Meet & Greet ticket transfers and/or proxy buying are NOT permitted. (Example: Buyer name and pick-up name not matching)
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Each individual attending the VIP Meet and Greet session is required to have a ticket. Some exceptions apply.
- A valid Animethon pass (eg. 3-day pass or Sunday pass) and a valid VIP Meet and Greet ticket are required to attend the session.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the timeslot as shown on your ticket, and have your ticket ready for scanning at the door.
- Animethon does not and can not guarantee the availability of all items included in the VIP Meet and Greet package, including any merchandise, swag, photos, or other services.
