Coat and Bag Check

The venue will provide and run a Coat Check during the event, on the Assembly level adjacent to the Info Desk. The cost of checking in a coat is $3 and bags are $5 per item. They will also accept luggage, thought they reserve the right to turn items away. Always make sure to pick up your belongings before the Bag Check closes each day.

Mobility Assistance

The venue is providing additional mobility assistance beyond the use of the inclinator. For those requiring this service, please wait by the sign near the designated areas. A venue staff member will guide you to the freight elevators. Refer to the map for exact Mobility Assistance designated locations.

Prop Check

The Prop Check/Peace Bonding table is located in the Hall D Foyer on the Pedway Level.

Cosplay Repair Room - Salon 7

A room strictly for cosplay repair. Please use responsibly.

The Information Desk is located near the escalators on the Assembly Level near Hall A.

Safe Walk

We are providing a limited Safe Walk service for those who wish to be escorted by licensed security guards to nearby locations:

• Courtyard Hotel
• Doubletree Hotel
• Central and Churchill LRT
• Nearby parking lots and bus stops
  (~ 3 blocks radius)

Meetup at the top of the escalators at the Jasper Ave entrance.

Estimated frequency is every 15 minutes. See hours of operation for specific times.

If guards are not there please wait for them.
They may be delayed due to the previous group's destinations.
